We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you're not, you can easily send items back to us within 30 days from purchase. To ensure we are able to process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible, please review these points before submitting your return:
- Contact us for a return authorization PRIOR to shipping items for return, so we can give you the correct return address
- All items must be returned via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, properly packaged with a tracking number provided.
- Items must be in NEW condition, unused, with original packaging and NO PET HAIR.
- Please include original packing list with your contact information inside the box.
Manufacturer Defect or Shipping Error
If you received an item with a manufacturer defect or an item that you didn't order, we will send you an exact replacement or the correct item you originally ordered. Please let us know and we will contact the manufacturer for you.
There is a restocking fee ( unless there is a Manufacturer Defect or Shipping Error) Many of our manufacturers charge restocking fees of up to 17.5% for returned merchandise, we don’t like this, but we get charged for it.
Timing for Return Shipment
Item must be returned within 30 days, or the manufacturer may not accept the item, which will void your refund.
Returning “Free Shipping” Items
Please note that although we offer "free shipping", it is not actually free for us to ship. If a return occurs we have to deduct what it cost us to ship the item to you from your total refund amount.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive. We always process returns as quickly as possible - typical turnaround time is 5 - 7 business days.
