Shipping FAQ


Free shipping applies to Ground Shipping only . The lead time for Standard Ground Shipping is usually 7 to 10 days (not including weekends or holidays) sometimes less. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days after credit card approval, all customers will receive a email notification when the order is received, and once again when it ships ( including a tracking number )

The Fee Shipping Offer applies to addresses in the contiguous 48 states of the US. 


We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but if you need your order in a Rush, please contact us and we will do all possible to accommodate your request.


If an item is lost, we will send you a lost parcel form to sign and return to us so that we can file the claim with the postmaster and our insurance company. This claim form must be signed and return before another item can be processed.

The carriers we use are UPS, FedEx or USPS, and it depends on the item size and weight.

Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are subject to additional shipping charges. We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time. 

Homeopathic Remedies, because of their nature, are the only items shipped via Priority Shipping (2 days delivery) at no extra cost to you. 

If an item is returned to our location due to insufficient address, undelivered, notice left, unclaimed or because you live in a remote area - the actual cost of shipping / reshipment is required by the carrier to reship the item. Please provide correct addresses and phone number at checkout and contact us if a certain provider does not deliver to your area, we cannot "cancel" a shipment once it has left our facility. 

We do not require a signature for deliveries, therefore, the delivery driver makes the decision about leaving your package at your doorstep without a signature or not. If you would like to make sure that your package is left at your door, please leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Include your name and tracking number



Most products are offered with a warranty against manufacturers defect for 30 days.

Should issue arise, please contact us within warranty period; we will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for proper support. Warrantied items will be offered replacement parts (or) if applicable will be replaced with like item at our manufacturer’s discretion. Photos required.

Important: Warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident; defects caused by tampering, animal chewing and/or scratching, use for any purpose other than use for a cat or dog, unauthorized alterations & modifications or attempted repairs are not covered by warranty by purchaser or any third party. Manufacturer's warranty is void if any modifications, repair or tampering to product is made.
